Insurance
Vendors must follow all rules of insurance requirements.

Since most insurance policies require a written contract to validate additionally insured status, we require a vendor agreement. Once we have approved vendors insurance, we will send the agreement via email. Please be on the lookout for an email from HelloSign as this is the digital platform that we use for signature.
General Rules

Absolutely No Loading through the front door. This rule is to protect your insurance as well as being forced to collect a damage deposit due to vendor damage. Our Front doors are custom paned glass and something as small as a box jammed into the leaded glass could result in damage This includes cake, decoration, linens, etc.

We do not remove trash from the building with the exception of restroom trash.
